Afri-Coast Engineers is a Black Economic Empowered company and has restructured its business in line with its employment equity principles to transfer ownership of 41% equity of its business to fulltime previously disadvantaged employees with effect from 1 August 2002.
This has resulted in key technical and administrative staff having shareholding in the enterprise.
