Individual employees are encouraged
to take responsibility for their own development, with the Company providing
appropriate resources and support for employees with the need and potential
for development, where such development is mutually beneficial to both the
Company and individual.
Employees are trained or developed to
perform their current jobs effectively before being considered for
advancement.
We have developed a systematic
approach aimed at constantly improving technical, managerial and
administrative competence, as well as transferring company ownership and
control to Historically Disadvantaged Individuals.
This initiative has created a pool of
highly skilled engineers, technologists and technicians within the company.
Joint consultation between management and staff has lead to continuous cost
reduction and improved performance, service excellence, quality, safety and
staff morale.
